 Application of Acrel Smart Control Device in Shanghai Tesla Factory Distribution Project 

0.背景 Background

2018年10月17日，上海市臨港管委會(huì)表示，特斯拉（上海）有限公司已成功摘得上海臨港裝備產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)Q01-05地塊864885平方米（合計(jì)1297.32畝）的工業(yè)用地。2019年1月7日，位于上海東南一角的兩港西大道與正嘉路交叉口，特斯拉工廠一期宣布開工建設(shè)。按照規(guī)劃，該工廠一期年產(chǎn)能為25萬(wàn)輛純電動(dòng)整車，包括Model 3等系列車型。2019年3月，特斯拉工廠一期工程建設(shè)敲定上海本土建設(shè)企業(yè)——上海建工集團(tuán)。特斯拉工廠是上海的外資制造業(yè)項(xiàng)目，也是特斯拉在美國(guó)之外的工廠，2019年1月開工建設(shè)。

October 17th, 2018, Shanghai Lin-Gang management committee confirmed the Tesla (Shanghai) Co., LTD has successfully won the land mass Q01-05 l,   864885 m2 of industrial land. On January 7th, 2019, first step construction of Tesla factory was announced at the intersection of LiangGang West Avenue and ZhengJia Road, located in the southeast corner of Shanghai. The plant is scheduled to have an annual capacity of 250, 000 electric vehicles at the first step, including models such as the Model 3. In March 2019, the first step of Tesla factory construction was finalized as Shanghai Construction Engineering Group, a local construction company in Shanghai. The Shanghai factory is Tesla's another factory besides the United States and will start construction in January 2019.

1.概述 Overview

本項(xiàng)目為特斯拉上海臨港工廠二期工程,該項(xiàng)目配電工程有3個(gè)配電房，包括能源中心C2，聯(lián)合廠房4以及變電站進(jìn)線隔離柜，共60面10kV高壓柜。

This project is the second step of Tesla's Shanghai Lingang Factory. This project includes 3 distribution rooms, including energy center C2, union workshop 4 and substation incoming isolation cabinets, with totally 60 sets of 10kV high voltage cabinets. 

2.產(chǎn)品方案 Product Solution

2.1 產(chǎn)品需求 Product requirements

本次針對(duì)特斯拉上海臨港工廠二期工程，需要配置智能操控裝置，對(duì)廠區(qū)內(nèi)配電工程中所有高壓柜狀態(tài)進(jìn)行的監(jiān)測(cè)。該項(xiàng)目的要求如下：

1）一次動(dòng)態(tài)模擬圖，帶電顯示及閉鎖； 

2）溫濕度數(shù)字控制，數(shù)碼管顯示；

3）分合閘、儲(chǔ)能、遠(yuǎn)方/就地開關(guān)；

4）語(yǔ)音提示，人體感應(yīng)；

5）柜內(nèi)照明操作；

6）RS485/Modbus 通訊。

根據(jù)上述要求，故此選擇安科瑞ASD200智能操控裝置。安科瑞ASD200智能操控裝置外形結(jié)構(gòu)如下： 

For the project of Tesla Shanghai Lingang factory, smart control device is required to monitor the state of all high-voltage cabinets in the power distribution cabinet in the distribution room. The requirements of the project are as follows:

1) A dynamic simulation diagram, electrical display and blocking;  

2) Temperature and humidity control, LED display;

3) Switch on and off, energy storage, remote/local switch;

4) Voice prompt and human body induction;

5) Lighting operation in the cabinet;

RS485/ Modbus communication.

針對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的3個(gè)配電房包括能源中心C2，聯(lián)合廠房4以及變電站進(jìn)線隔離柜，共60面10kV高壓柜，以部分10kV高壓配電柜為例，智能操控的產(chǎn)品上圖如下：

For the 3 distribution rooms of the project, including energy center C2, joint workshop 4 and substation incoming isolation cabinets, there are totally 60 sets 10kV high voltage cabinets. Taking part of 10kV high voltage distribution cabinets as example, the products smart control device are shown in the figure below:

本次特斯拉工程使用智能操控裝置ASD200共計(jì)60只。產(chǎn)品介紹如下:

本文介紹的安科瑞智能操控產(chǎn)品在特斯拉上海臨港工廠二期工程的應(yīng)用，針對(duì)高壓開關(guān)柜內(nèi)的綜合測(cè)控，且該裝置廣泛用于電廠、電力系統(tǒng)配網(wǎng)、工廠及建筑等領(lǐng)域。智能操控裝置可替代帶電顯示儀、溫濕度控制器、開關(guān)位置信號(hào)燈、控制開關(guān)（按鈕）、模擬牌及電測(cè)儀表等傳統(tǒng)二次元件，使開關(guān)柜盤面整潔、美觀，易于調(diào)試維護(hù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)集操作、顯示于一體。

This article introduces the application of Acrel smart control products in project of Tesla Shanghai Lingang factory, aiming at the integrated measurement and control in the high-voltage switch cabinet, and the device is widely used in power plant, power system distribution network, factory and construction and other fields. Smart control device can replace live display instrument, temperature and humidity controller, switch position signal lamp, control switch (button), analog plate and electrical measuring instrument and other traditional secondary components, so that the switch cabinet disk clean, beautiful, easy to debug and maintain, to achieve operation and display in one.
